Badges are assigned per listing, not per seller account. If a verified listing is modified after badge assignment (excluding price), the badge is automatically suspended pending re-evaluation.

Everything you need to know about selling on NivTebi
Register with your email, upload your government-issued ID and a selfie with your ID. Schedule a quick video call with our expert to verify your identity. This is a one-time process that keeps our marketplace safe for everyone.
Select Layer 1 (free — open listing), Layer 2 — Review ($30) or Layer 3 — Expert Approved ($50) based on how much you want to verify your item. Higher layers attract more buyers and allow you to command higher prices.
Upload at least 3 original high-quality photos (stock images are not accepted), add item details including brand, size, color, material, and condition, then set your price and publish. Layer 2 and 3 additionally require an invoice/receipt and barcode verification.
For Layer 3 listings, ship your item to our warehouse after listing. Our expert will physically inspect and authenticate it. Once approved, your item goes live with an Expert Approved badge.
When your item sells, the buyer's payment is held in escrow. Once the buyer confirms receipt and approves the item, the funds are released to you. This protects both parties throughout the transaction.
All listings must be accurate, complete, and compliant with platform policies. Submitting counterfeit or misrepresented items will result in permanent account suspension. Sellers remain accountable for all content submitted.
Use natural lighting and photograph your item from multiple angles. Be precise about condition. Set competitive prices by checking similar verified listings. Choose a higher verification layer for luxury or high-value items — buyers trust them significantly more.
